| Cancellation Policy | |
A cancellation of a reservation is only free of charge until one day prior to arrival (06:00 pm local time). Should a reservation be cancelled later than that or in case of a no-show a cancellation charge of the room price for the first night will be applied. It is not possible to cancel a reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
