• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast buffet is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, upon departure only.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, French, Italian and Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has 5 floors. You can reach every floor by lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet rooms, they are facing the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We do have 2 rooms with small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non-smoking rooms are available - please make a special note when you do your reservation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We offer satellite-TV with news and movie channels and
  Pay-TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are direct dialling telephones in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Wireless LAN is available in all public areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public garage available nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Enquiries at reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport is VIE-Airport Schwechat, 20 km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a pick up service from the airport, please send your request (where and exact time of arrival) to our concierge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Wien Nord (600 m).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are allowed (no cats) at charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not but we offer wireless access in common areas.
